We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products, but cannot guarantee exact representations due to variations in materials and craftsmanship. Just as items in nature vary from seed to seed, expect variations in details and patina for Made to Order items. One of a Kind items are pictured in natural lighting without enhancements.

3. Ordering and Payment: Orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase our products. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and electronic payment methods. A minimum of 50% payment is required for all custom work before supplies are accrued and work begins. Custom work payments can be made on the website. Balance is due at completion and items will be shipped once final payment is made. Sorry, but due to the time and specificity, no refunds are allowed for custom made items. Please feel free to inquire if an exchange is possible, but additional fees may be applied.

4. Shipping and Delivery: We aim to ship orders promptly and provide estimated delivery times. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as shipping carriers and customs procedures. Ozark Impressions Jewelry is not liable for any delays or issues in delivery. Allow 2 weeks for Made to Order items to ship, and additional days may be required for UPS or USPS to deliver. Feel free to reach out if you need items rushed for an additional fee.

5. Returns and Exchanges: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your OIJ item, you may exchange it within 7 days of receipt for equal value, subject to our Return Policy. Additional shipping fees will be applied (VIP shipping codes cannot be applied for returned or exchanged items). Please take photos of items damaged in shipping for insurance purposes.

6. Intellectual Property: All content, including images, designs, and logos, on the Ozark Impressions Jewelry website is the intellectual property of Deitra Roberts-Biely and Ozark Impressions Jewelry and protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
