  1. What materials do you use in your handmade jewelry? All of my jewelry is crafted using high-quality materials such as sterling silver, 18k or 24k gold plating, semi-precious gemstones, bronze, and copper. With copper and bronze earrings, I often use a hypoallergenic ear wire made of Niobium. Most sterling silver earrings are made with solid sterling silver ear wires, and occasionally Niobium or Titanium, depending on the final look I’m going for. I can also trade out any ear wires upon request.

  2. Do you offer custom orders or personalized jewelry? Yes, I absolutely love creating custom pieces! Whether you have a specific design in mind or want to personalize a piece with specific stones and impressions, I’m happy to work with you to bring your vision to life. Design must be within the style and skill set of the artist.

  3. How do I care for my handmade jewelry? I recommend storing your jewelry in a dry, air-tight container when not in use to prevent tarnishing. Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or lotions, as these can damage delicate components. Gentle cleaning with a soft cloth is usually sufficient to maintain its shine. My favorite polishing cloths are Sunshine Cloths and can purchased online.

  4. Do you offer international shipping? Not at this time. Please inquire if you are interested in us offering this service!

  5. What is your return/exchange policy? I want you to love your jewelry! If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange. Custom or personalized pieces may not qualify for exchange due to the time and specificity of the design.

  6. How long does it take to process orders? Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom orders may take 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the design, but I’ll do my best to provide you with an estimated timeline when you place your order.

  7. Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts? Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for retailers and bulk discounts for large retail orders.   9. Can I request a repair for my jewelry if it gets damaged? Absolutely! I stand behind the quality of my craftsmanship. If your jewelry requires repair due to normal wear and tear within the first year from purchase, please reach out and I’ll be happy to assist you with repairs or replacements. I do request the buyer handle the additional shipping fee (unless otherwise discussed). Additional fees may be required for damages outside of manufacturing.

  10. Are your jewelry pieces hypoallergenic? While we strive to use hypoallergenic materials, individual sensitivities may vary. If you have specific metal allergies, please let us know and we can accommodate your needs accordingly. *All items are nickel free unless white copper is specified in the description.
